  Project and Programme Management


EigenForge provides project and programme management expertise in infrastructure, software development, data centre migration. We have also acted in the role of Transition Management for clients who need to carefully manage new software releases, and hardware upgrades in live environments for example.

Tools that we have used to date include:

  • Greenhopper
We are adept at working in either Prince2 or ITIL environments, using Waterfall or Agile Methods (Kanban, SCRUM), and can join your team either at project initiation or if you need us to take a project over while it is already underway.

We have previously managed internal teams and external teams of contractors, both nationally and globally (in Asia, US, China, Australasia), while also working with and managing ISV and hardware vendors (in one case saving our client a 7-figure dollar sum).
